CombiFuel® is a newly developed alternative drive system that currently runs on LPG (LPG) (in future also rDME and hydrogen H2). The technology was designed in such a way that it can theoretically be applied to almost any commercially available combustion engine, regardless of whether it runs on petrol or diesel.

The innovative technology has already been successfully installed in several vehicles and tested over hundreds of thousands of kilometers. The system enables emission reductions of up to 95% (depending on emission type) and reduced fuel costs of up to 50% (depending on fuel costs in the country). The breakthrough results in emission reduction and fuel cost savings are realized thanks to the application of an optimal fuel mix and the perfect interaction between engine components and electronics. CombiFuel® is a real and rapidly realizable alternative in all vehicle and engine segments.

The aim of CombiFuel® is to operate the combustion engine without gasoline or diesel in the next two years. The technology is well equipped for the future, as alternative fuels such as BioLPG (Bio Liquified Petroleum Gas) / rLPG (renewable Liquified Petroleum Gas) and in future (r)DME (Renewable Dimethyl Ether) and hydrogen H2 will be used.

In future, the CombiFuel® retrofit solution will be sold exclusively via selected partners, qualified specialist workshops and brand representatives. Thanks to future worldwide approval, the unique advantages of CombiFuel® will soon be available to a very large customer base.

Homologation

CombiFuel® is certified according to the strictest UN ECE standards. Homologation for road traffic is always based on an engine family. This means that the CombiFuel® retrofit solution can be used in all vehicles with the corresponding engine without individual approval.

What can be reduced (not exhaustive)?

  • Emissions
  • Fuel costs
  • Road taxes
  • Insurance premiums
  • CO2 penalty taxes
  • Investment protection and reduction of TCO
  • Engine noise (volume and frequency)

Areas of application

As CombiFuel® can be used with almost any combustion engine, the possible applications and the associated market potential are available for many areas. Although many countries are currently announcing the abolition of combustion engines from 2040 or earlier, no solutions are being presented that contribute to improving the situation NOW and SUSTAINABLY. An improvement in the eco-balance and economic efficiency without restricting the possible applications. This is the declared wish scenario that no alternative drive is currently able to fulfill. In terms of range, payload and even recycling, the market currently offers no solution suitable for mass production.

With its universal range of applications, CombiFuel® provides the answer to the drive question of the future, with existing infrastructure and manageable costs. As CombiFuel® can be used for used vehicles and machines, investments already made can be protected even in the event of impending driving bans.

We will start with CombiFuel® solutions in the gasoline segment. However, the main focus is on diesel vehicles. Initially, the focus will be on fleet and light commercial vehicles. In parallel, CombiFuel® solutions are being developed for other segments such as trucks and buses as well as construction machinery and generators.
